Meet Armando

Armando Aguilar Jr. was born in West Los Angeles and raised in Bellflower. He attended Albert Baxter Elementary School and graduated from Bellflower High School. Pursuing higher education, he attended Cerritos College, where he met his wife, Tiffany, in a math class. Initially, Armando aimed for a career in Machine Tool Technology, a path that had been in his family for years. After completing his courses at Cerritos College, he began working at Monogram Aerospace Fasteners in Commerce, a company where his father, three uncles, and two cousins also worked, making it a true family affair.

While working at Monogram Aerospace, Armando's interest in real estate was sparked after reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad." He took real estate classes and obtained his real estate license, selling his first few homes part-time. His passion for real estate grew, and in 2016, he transitioned to a full-time career in the industry. In 2021, he earned his real estate broker's license.

In 2022, Armando married Tiffany, and in 2023, they joyfully discovered they were expecting a baby girl in early 2024. After working for a brokerage for six years, Armando joined First Team Real Estate, one of the top brokerages in California, in 2023. The exceptional training and support at First Team Real Estate have been instrumental in his success. Since joining, he has consistently ranked among the top 25 agents in the brokerage and achieved a top 10 ranking for the month of June.

Armando's clients are his biggest support, and he attributes his success to their trust and loyalty. He is dedicated to staying informed about changing laws, market trends, and real estate news to provide the best possible service. Armando takes pride in being a reliable source of knowledge for his friends, family, and clients, always striving to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
